Playing Career

I have represented the County and District at all levels.

District – Under 12 to Under 16 (Mid & South Warwickshire)

County – Under 12 to Under 19 (Warwickshire)

I also got selected and captained Warwickshire Youth travelling to America, Malta, Germany & France.

I spent two years at Coventry City from age 10 to 12 and 2 years at Manchester United from 12 to 14. (Winning the Keale Classic competition)

At 16 I was selected for YTS  trials at Hereford United (Div 3), but unfortunately was not selected to sign forms.

From 16 I played for Stratford Town Colts & Nuneaton Borough in the Under 18 Midland Floodlit Youth League finishing runners up.  Following Stratford, I played 7 seasons in the Midland Combination Premier Division.

Unfortunately my career did not progress as far as I would have liked due to serious knee injuries.

2 x Cruciate Ligament rebuild operations, 1 x medial ligament operation and 2 cartilage key hole ops.

Coaching Career

I have coached at junior club level for 17 years winning League Championships, League Cups and 6 / 11 a side tournaments.

I have also coached for colleges, local schools and the Birmingham County FA.

Coaching certs – Full coaching certificate Level 2

Emergency first aid – Valid for 3 years

FA Learning Safe guarding in children - Valid for 3 years

CRB check - Valid for 3 years
